COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: 5/10/2026. This policy explains cookies and similar technologies, how we obtain consent, and how to change your preferences.

CONSENT AND HOW WE COMPLY

When you first visit our site, we ask whether you accept non-essential technologies (analytics and optional third-party widgets). Until you opt in, we do not load those tools. Details below describe each category. For Australia and Singapore visitors, our Privacy Policy explains how regional privacy laws may apply; this Cookie Policy supplements that notice at the point of use.

TECHNOLOGIES COVERED

We use: • HTTP cookies (small files stored by your browser). • Browser storage where needed (e.g. local storage for your consent preferences; session storage for anonymous analytics visitor correlation when you opt in). • Third-party scripts only after consent where they are not strictly necessary. Similar technologies (pixels, SDKs) are treated like cookies for disclosure purposes.

CATEGORIES

Essential (always on): Required to deliver the site securely and process actions you request (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile or similar bot protection on forms, security protections, load balancing with our host). You cannot disable these from our banner without breaking core functionality. Analytics (optional, consent): Loaded only if you accept. Includes Vercel Web Analytics and our first-party pageview logging to understand which pages are viewed. May involve approximate location derived from IP at our hosting provider (e.g. country/city fields) — see Privacy Policy. Reviews / third-party widgets (optional, consent): Where we embed Trustpilot, loading their script may set third-party cookies or similar technologies subject to Trustpilot's policies. We only load this category after you opt in.

PREFERENCE STORAGE

Your choices are stored in browser local storage under our internal key so we do not re-prompt on every visit. You can reopen “Cookie settings” in the site footer to change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing analytics stops new collection from our tools going forward; previously aggregated logs may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

MANAGING COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER

You can also block or delete cookies via browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect site behaviour. Industry opt-out pages (where applicable) may help with certain ad networks; our banner controls technologies we initiate directly.

UPDATES

We may update this Cookie Policy when our tools or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date below will change. Review periodically or after major site updates.
